Sub-Processors Used by SlackHopper

Introduction

SlackHopper uses certain third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help us operate, improve, and secure our service. These sub-processors may have access to limited customer data in order to perform their contracted services.

Current Sub-Processors

Name Purpose Location
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud infrastructure hosting and data storage United States
Slack Technologies, Inc. Core service integration and message delivery United States
Replit, Inc. Application hosting and deployment platform United States

Data Processing

These sub-processors only have access to the minimum data necessary to provide their specific services. SlackHopper does not store the content of messages sent through webhooks - messages are passed directly to Slack and not retained by our service.

Updates to Sub-Processors

If we add new sub-processors or make changes to existing ones that may affect data processing, we will update this page at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

Security and Compliance

All sub-processors are selected based on their security standards and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We maintain contracts with these providers that include appropriate data protection clauses.
